Think its bad now...? The V8's today totally suck, and F1 going to turbos in 2013....! This isn't F1 anymore, its F3. And soon we'll be listening to lawnmower engines.

@Tuppoo94 Me neither. The 2014 cars will still produce less then 75obhp, but 150 of that will come from ERS, and evolution of Kers, so the engine itself will be a mere 600bhp, which is less than a current day GP2 engine. The Peogeot 908 HDi FAP had over 730bhp; albeit from a 5.5L V12 turbo.

But why couldn't they just convert these cars to run on, for example, methanol? I think that would be better.

Pretty sure if Mika was driving like that in the 2001 Ferrari he would have been ahead of "The Michael", F1 should be V10 not the shitty conservative lumps of alloy they have in the cars now.
