For those who are asking for sheet music for this arrangement...

There is no sheet music, unless someone is to transcribe it.

For those who want to be able to do this,

Get some other sheet music of these songs.

Learn the various melody, and then add the various arpeggio's or chords depending on the chord name above the melody, if it's given.

Then mix songs.

It's a bit tough, and takes a while.

It's very fulfilling though.

If you learn these techniques, you can do them to any song.

@hybridson0123 I don't think it is fair to say one person is better. The different styles both have their strengths and give off different emotions. I think it's fine that you prefer Ray Mak's version, personally I prefer this one because i feel it in a way that i can relate to - but that doesn't make it better. Both people are incredibly talented and I love both versions. But it's like saying chocolate ice cream is better than vanilla :) It's about preference - not what is "better."
