I don't think this video is really fair to Roy and Pam's relationship. He's not actually abusive, more like stupid. Framing this love triangle in a song about an abusive relationship is really unfair to the show as well as making the song somewhat nonsensical.

It's so cool to see the evolution on Jim and Pam's relationship. It was so clear to see that Jim loved her so much, every little thing she did sparkled up his day. And it was really easy to see that Pam had feelings for Jim too...

It's so good to see them together on the 4th and 5th season, they are perfect for each other, even if they're only characters on a TV series. :)
