Oh yes; The experience you need to level up increases each time you level up. The lowest skills I currently have are 61 and they are construction (make stuff in your house) and herblore (make potions). Those two require MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF MONEY to raise so, im lucky i got it as high as i did! The highest level for a skill is 99.
