I liked the LHOTL remake also. Do you know what all is different in the director's cut? Kind of a hard film to watch and I dont really want to go through that again, lol. I think Zombie really need to move on to original projects...just because I think the guy does have potential but he will not be able to show that by making more remakes. Just another example of someone following the money! I mean damn the guy was rich before he ever started making movies. Great video as always brother!

There is not much difference IMO...The rape scene goes on a little longer & maybe a little more gore but thats it.

Right on, I agree!! People should wait to see what the trailer of The Blob will be like before they shit on it. Rob Zombie is a talented director and remakes will come so some people have to deal with that.

Yes Justin you should so check this film out..It is not better then the original IMO but it as a great film on its own...As for The Blob & Rob Zombie i just hate how people jump all over it before they have even seen 1 scene from it...People i think are jealous with the fact that Rob is getting all these great films to put his own take on...No one is making them see it or like it...but you don't need to shit on it.

Awesome review as always, Ryan. Rated and faved! I saw this at the theatre 1st day it was released. Very intense and unrelenting. I actually like this version better than the original. I just dig the casting of the characters lot. Especially the girls Paige and Mari. And Krug was prue evil incarnate. He did a great job of channeling David Hess in the oringinal. The parents were awesome, too!

Oh so true. The only thing I couldn't stomach was the rape scene. (So how much worse is it on the unrated version?) Everything else was top notch. It's so awesome to see Wes Craven and Sean Cunningham working together again.

It goes on for a good 5 minutes in the unrated version..Honestly it was really the only difference between the two.
