One way to stop the white problem with Dry Shampoo is to put it in at night, when you know your hair will be a bit gross the next day, and leave it. It still volumizes and prevents oily roots, but doesn't look so grey! Thank you for the great video! :D x

Hi, you have some videos where your hair is very curly and looks full. How do you get the curls like that? Are you just using the leave-in conditioners and using a diffuser for volume? What hair type would you say you are? I'm a 3b with very fine curly hair and Dominican too :-)

Dry Shampoo if for when like, if your hair gets greasy easily. You spray it in then comb it out and it has similar effects as shampooing. (:

i grew my hair out from a full relaxer. it took a little over a year but it is really long and beautiful. My regimen, i wash with a long length shampoo (beautiful lengths by pantene). No combing while in the shower bc that pulls your hair out. after i blot my hair i use Carol's Daughter, Hair Milk with a sot bristle brush to detangle. i twist 4-5 sections of my hair and use a hair polish for shine. when my hair finally dries it is so curly and smells so good. less heat styling more brsuhing!

@kdimling With my process about 30-45 mins. I wash my hair, allow it to air dry for about 4 hours or over night then I apply heat protectant and use my instylert to straighten and all done!

@1bhaws2shots I hate the instyler. I burnt my hand on it because it is not user friendly at all and my hair looked frizzy and ugly after using it. It is such a waste of money.

Great video :) lovely hair !! I use organix products as well ...I just picked up the Organix Brazilian flat iron spray & it's amazing ! It got my hair straight with only one passing ! It protects the hair from the heat of the flat iron as well . I saw u had ur hair straight in some of ur vids so I wanted to tell u about the spray ;)

I was having the same issue with the dry shampoo. Its usually when U spray to close to UR hair the product sprays on thick to where U can see the actually color & product on UR hair which is that white gray'ish lookin' baby powder look. Try spraying it not too close/

i think with dry shampoo, you're supposed to sort of massage it in to your scalp.. that might help with your hair looking white :)

Hi :D My hair is exactly like yours when its curly, straight, and I'm Dominican like you =] I've used the organix shampoo and conditioner in coconut as well but not the cherry blossom so I'll try it out. I use bio silk which I really like so maybe I'll try this argon oil when it waists? I have a question though.. I would always use a heat protectant but i've stopped for like a year. do i really have to use one?

@BeckyIsWanted well yes still use the protectant spray cuz if u have hair like mine the heat damage in heat stylings can give heat damage causing your curls to become more straight and less defined. My friend now looks like she permed her hair cuz of this she never uses it and her hair is curly on the roots and straight and stiff and unhealthy looking on the bottom she would have to chop all her hair off to get her curls back now she cant even leave her natural hair out cuz its 2 diff textures

I think my hair is just like yours! I love all the hair care videos you have, they really help a lot. But I was wondering how you do your hair before you go to sleep? Like if you just leave it in a pony tail or if you do anything special to it. Also, why don't you use mouse? Is it bad for your hair? Because that's what I use now and I kind of like it but it makes my hair really... crunchy and hard.

If you want it to look that way don't get split ends get you hair point cut (it doesn't take and length off your hair but adds texture)

We have similar hair types and i do the exact same thing...We dominicans are big when it comes to hair. Like you I dont use gel or mousse at all i use my regular conditioner as a leave in. When it comes to the Dry Shampoo, I too had the same issue until i figure it out. You have to spray a very light mist on your hair. Massage your scalp as if you were washing it and then brush it out.

The organix shampoo is sulfate free but I think that they still contain silicones, so I'm not sure but l think that will cause build up after a while, maybe you wanna you a clarifying shampoo every once in a while for that :S

@kandeeapplegirl hey, neutrogena makes a good clarifying shampoo but it strips your hair of EVERYTHING so I wud use it a max of once a week. Something a lil' cheaper is suave but if you use the curly girl method (like me) then I would recommend Giovani's triple tea tree shampoo as it is very clarifying but you gotta get over the strong smell. You can find all of the above in walmart or target, hope I helped! :)

Your hair is super pretty of course! LOL and I know that you said that you want to grow your hair longer.. Me too BUT when I go to the hair salon to go get it done and I say "I want a trim" and it seems that they always want to cut your hair and I dont like that especially when I'm trying to grow it.. Is that one of the reasons why you tend to trim your own hair at times?

Cuz i know hair stylist and i know they don't do it to mess u up or get u upset but because they get too happy while cutting and if u have split ends and u say only cut 1inch they will cut as much split ends u have if u have 3inches on split ends they wont only cut 1in theyll cut all ur split ends so it looks healthy
