This works until you fly to a specific high ... Still works ..

1. Get a mage and a warlock

2. Get under e.g stormwind / orgrimmar ( you have to be inside mountians, wall and stuff like that )

3. Make a portal to Shattrath City.

4. Don't enter it yet.

5. Get the warlock to summon one of you.

6. Take the portal

7. Mount up

8. Accept the summon

9. Enjoy ..

@popdognine Yea, I thought about that too, but I can almost guarantee that the cities will be no fly zones, and there will almost certainly be flying mounted guards like in outlands/northrend, that guard the main cities.

So, swooping down en masse on an enemy city will be awesome, but no fly zones/guards might make it harder than you might imagine.

I have an achievement suggestion for you: Tank ALL of Utgarde Keep (normal) in a single pull. Oh and if something like that happens again, try the auto-unstuck feature. Failing that, you can sometimes get a warlock to summon you. Or try queuing for an instance.

I've spawned flying before, unfortunatly it was in Hellfire, so not as cool, but you can spawn in the air, it was a provision added shortly after WotLK came out, so when the game crashes you don't have to die, you just spawn on your mount (if available.)

You nkow the one thing I love most about WoW.... If you get glitched and get a flyer in Azeroth, it isn't like most games where you fly to somewhere you couldn't originally get to, and that specific place wasn't completely made (ground, trees). It is actually got a lot of detail put into it, I love it.
