I used to wear my pants that low from the ground, I think I was about 5yrs old. Point is I didn't know how to dress myself then. So saggy pants people don't you think it's time you grow up and learn to dress right? Or maybe you want to wear socks and sandals to go with that. It kinda makes me think of little kids playing dressup in their daddy's pant. You know 15 sizes to big,crumpled on the ground. For little kids it looks funny, for teens and up...why bother to put them on.

It reminds me of so many other silly fashion trends I've seen in my years. -- Agree that they dress this way in their free time, but be realistic about dress codes for any desired jobs. Ditto for the hats, hair or whatever else. Sad we all have to conform so often, but that's reality. Or work for yourself and make your own rules, if you can.
