  • hey, nice muscles, but you're swinging it man. if you aren't ultimately doing the right motion, you aren't building as much, as fast, or as strong as you can be. I know it can be hard to take criticism, all us weight lifters are stubborn. But, hey if its working for you, and you like it, keep at it.
