  • I love the way Feathers lands in that bottle, such a brilliant idea!

  • Best chase scene in history.

  • How did the penguin get a gun?

  • @Bob88GameAddict Why does he want to rob a museum for a diamond? Answer me mine, and I'll answer yours.

  • @TheStealthX Maybe he wanted to get the diamond to sell for cash so he could buy more guns?

  • This is so awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • hello agane what was ur fav prat ? My 1 is when wallace sad "i'll tact that if u dont mind eh"

  • when wallace sas "help me gromit " i think he acshly sad "get me out gromit"

  • @mrmagicsphere I'm pretty sure it's "catch me, Gromit"

  • @mrmagicsphere I turned on the subtitles on my dvd and it says "catch HIM Gromit" referring to Feathers and not Wallace himself but it is an easy mistake to make. I used to think it was "Catch me Gromit"

  • Still makes me laugh 15 years on from when I first saw it :)

  • It gets better every time you watch it that. The wrong trousers is a classic!

  • where can i find the full length episodes??

  • Genius.

  • Feathers McGraw scared me when I was younger! LoL! I thought he'd pull out a pistol in the night and lock me in my cupboard! HA HA! Feathers is EVIL!

  • its like thomas the tank engine

  • feathers mcgraw was a fuckin BADASS.

  • Ruined my Child Hood

  • What's that...thing at 1:53?

  • @Lionmonkey4real You haven't seen the whole film have you? Won't make much sense unless you do....

  • why does the revolver have infinite shots

  • @EvilsAgent1 why is gromit able able to build the tracks in front of him as the train is going faster than what anyones mind would ever be able to physically process and on top of that swap the track pieces as they cut corners or angle their route?

  • @Discreetarcher3 Why do you think that animated characters give two shits about your reality?

  • @peanutninjas it was an ironic reply idiot

  • @Discreetarcher3 Absolutely nothing ironic about it, do you mean sarcastic?

  • @peanutninjas no. i mean it was a reply to @EvilsAgent1 when he said ''why does the pistol have infinent shots?'' of course i wasnt being serious...

  • @Discreetarcher3 So it was sarcastic.

  • @Discreetarcher3 Honestly? Who gives a fuck. It's awesome.

  • @EvilsAgent1 Because it's magic. That's also why it's penguin-scaled (looks very small when Wallace grabs it, doesn't it?)

  • A masterpiece.

  • 1:09 did he just say bugger

  • @fuckyouimtrolling he saw the new series of pingu and snapped

  • love the sudden addition of about 4 miles to their house...

  • Haven't seen these in years, now I'm smiling uncontrollably.

  • Love this! :) xx

  • I read on imdb that the guys at Pixar looked at this for inspiration regarding the truck chase near the end of Toy Story, and that they considered that it had set a standard which they had to outdo. Do you think they did outdo it?

  • 2:05 Bonsai penguin.

  • LOL at Gromit's never ending box of track

  • Mind the table Gromit

    OW OW OW OW OW!!!

    LOL!!!

  • i like it from 0:00 - 2:17

  • I'd never be able to resist the temptation of flicking the Penguin's head when he's in that bottle.

  • @Oopie6 That Would be Cruel HAHA Jocking

  • when asked what my favorite animation ever is, I always say Wallace and Gromit.

When asked why i say cause its the best animation ever and it's so clever and the greatest scene of animation ever is the train chase :D

  • When I first saw this, I thought I was going to die laughing, I couldn't breathe I was laughing so much, I had tears streaming down my face, I'd never seen anything so funny in all my life. Still the best, still a classic!!

  • Any one who can make a Penguin that evil is a genius.

When The Penguin first appears in the Film and has a stare off with Gromit, it is the best piece of expressive acting i have ever seen, animated or other.

  • Wow. Their house must be several miles long...

  • the milk bottle bit is just brilliant thinking

  • Best Wallace and Gromit moment ever!

  • OMG! That penguin scared me as a kid! Glad to see I'm not the only one.

  • where is that pengiuin now any way.

  • @12365paul it escaped from jail. when gromit is in jail in close shave on wall in 1 bit it says Feathers wuz ere ( penguins name is feathers mcgraw xD) and in a matter of loaf and death when wallace and the bake a lite girl shoot into the zoo towards crocodile pen there is a poster saying "MISSING REWARD 500 POUNDS with a picture of a penguin on so hes defiently escaped

  • there house must be huge lol

  • What was he hoping to achieve by shooting the penguin-flap off the door? Flap or no flap, there would have been a big mess had Gromit not tripped those points :P

  • @sleeming88

Feathers McGraw (=D) was trying to exit the house through that flap ;)

  • the penguin hacks with a 44. magnum...aim assisting noob...

  • Hard to believe this is stop-motion, not computerized! LOL

  • I love the way he says everything is under control when it quite obviously isn't.

  • I always get goosebumps every time I think about or watch this. incredibly funny and by far the greatest scene of any animated film ever made.

I mean the rubbish they bring out now its like anyone with a computer can throw together some shapes and sounds and make it into a film for the family.

What is the world coming to.

  • 1:27 GREAT :'D

  • this chase scene takes the die hard movies so hard.

  • Six people got stuck in a bottle.

  • 1:05 I HAVE NEVER LAUGHED SO HARD IN MY LIFE XD

  • Absolutely brilliant. It's a shame Nick Park sold his soul to Universal Studios.

  • after ages of looking I finaly found it! Yay

    I love Wallace And Gromit

  • 6 penguins can't hit the like button as their arms are stuck in a glass bottle

  • What a great movie but seriously how on earth did they figure out how to make a fast paced chase sequence in stop motion it defies logic!

  • when we were little, me and my brother used to rewind this bit and watch it over and over again :D this was our fave bit of wallace anad gromit

  • 6 people been killed by the wrong trousers

  • 6 people have no soul

  • I laughed so hard when Gromit started adding spare tracks. Awesome chase!

  • Tell you what - feathers mcgraw isnt a bad marksman for a penguin - he only missed twice

  • @1990EllB Hes a magician too. Watch in amazement as he manages to squeeze off 8 shots from a six shooter without reloading!

  • I love how it's like... "Gromit we're doomed!" Then theres... 'spare track' ooo got too be the most epic train chase in the world!

  • one of the most epic t.v moments :)

  • Ruined by stretching it into widescreen.

  • This wasn’t only the best Wallace and Gromit short film; it was the best film full stop. The train chase is a great climax.

  • Wallace And Gromit's house is like Mammy's house in Tom And Jerry! haha!

  • haha

  • the fact that they managed to make feathers mcgraw look evil without saying or doing much is pure genius

  • simply the best animation ever, beats hollywood's cgi films, it has more character in its style :)

  • how big is his house?!

  • @pure3volution Thats what i was thinking! lol

  • how big is his living room lol.

  • this music so suits the chase

  • I really like Wallace and Gromit.

My favourite episode is 'The Wrong Trousers'.

And my favourite part is the train chase.

  • now this is classic wallace and gromic for you!

  • i love that penguin!

  • There is nothing like wallace and gromit...

  • Gromit?

  • Nick park does the voice for gromit in the wrong trousers. gromits voice for the other films is provided by james earl jones.

  • @toddy47b Gromit's the dog...

  • W & G wrong trousers is the best of all the w & g films, of all the animation sequences bet this was the hardest part to animate. Three words to describe this lol, lol & lol

  • The best part was when he crashed into the cupboard. I just can't stop laughing. Every single time I see it.

  • Hard to choose the funniest bit out of:

    Gromit Laying Down Track

    or

    Penguin in Bottle

  • This film of Wallace and Gromit is the one I remember and love the most. Second comes A Close Shave...those were the two I watched a lot when I was little. (I only saw A Grand Day Out a couple of times, and actually believed the moon was made of cheese!! I was about four, haha) But since this is the one I cherish the most, this is pretty nostalgic for me. :)

  • 1:15

  • Good reflexes on Gromits bit with the train tracks. =p

  • nostalgia, nostagia everywhere.

  • I just nostalgia'd everywhere.

  • watching it now on tv XD

  • This sequence from The Wrong Trousers is my favourite film scene of all time. I don't care if it's a short film, it deserved to be praised for it's creativity and humour just as much as Nick Park and Aardman should be for their excellent efforts. Wallace and Gromit will always be a part of my childhood and will always inspire me as a young adult =) [/reflective notion over]

    Unlimited track FTW.

  • how the hell can gromit lay all that spare track that fast!

  • Wow...a dog and a bald man in robotic trousers chasing a criminal penguin on a miniature train track...one of the main reasons I still love this series...

  • Incredible! Laughing my ass off when I watch this, it's genius. Feathers McGraw looks so friendly as one can look, yet he is a real villain. The part where he is caught in the milk bottle and then Gromit's facial expession... LOL

  • I laughed so FREAKIN HARD when he started laying the spare track LOL ROFL

  • This was Great!

  • Classic. I hope the Penguin returns some day!

  • Feathers Mgraw aka The Penguin was a great villian for this episode. My all time favourite film of Wallace and Gromit. :)

  • How did he lay the track that fast? and how was there SO MUCH TRACK IN THE BOX?! XD

  • Now i feel old , hee hee but everytime i saw this it reminded me of a villian from batman the penguin, but this penguin was cool.

  • your watch wallace and gromit the wrong trousers a grand day out and a close shave 3 dvds and cracking

  • the creators must have felt pretty fucking good about themselves when all was shot and done. and they should.

  • i remember watching this when i was 5 still hilarious

  • hmm, their house sure is very damned big.

  • hmm, their house sure is very damned big.

  • i love how the penguin has a better aim with a pistol than god.

  • y god i remember watching these when i was like 4 years old..ah goood times :D

  • HILARIOUS!

  • What a classic the spare track XD

I love Wallace and Gromit there're legends!

    OMG the wrong trousers. :)

  • they must have a very long house...

  • Gromit looks cute at 0:17

  • 1:33 "Oh Mind The Table, Gromit!!" XD

    Great old Memories. :)

  • That penguin gave me nightmares as a kid. :(

  • @Faethey when I watched this as a 2 year old, I sat horrified as the penguin walked into the room and gave Gromit evils. I sat wide-eyed and petrified for the duration of the whole film. I loved it though ^^ but yeah, that penguin is one freaky guy.

  • Just brilliant. Never mind the painstaking animation- look how many chekhovs they work into just that one scene. Pure inspiration.

  • Oh God, EPIC WIN

  • Well done Grommit !! XD

  • great scene. most of interesting that everything happend in the living room :DDDDD how much big is it? :D

  • possibly the greatest thing ever animated

  • @TremcladClock what do you mean "possibly"?? lol! this IS the greatest bit of animation, I can watch this alllll day and still be amazed at how fast Gromit lays that track down haha

  • spare track...lol...

and i love how wallace's voice still remains calm at times like this...

  • Grande cena!, Gromit montando os trilhos é hilário.

  • I love this scene. But how big is their house?!

  • Comment removed

  • This remains amazing no matter how many times I see this.

  • just pure genius

  • lol, I remember this when I was young, lol.

that penguin is a bad ass and I love the music

  • the penguin is fucking badass

  • omg how big is the house

  • @randomness781

Rofl yeah i thought the same xD

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAH

  • i remember having a hornby train like that one but without the tender.

still have it and coaches so it all ways reminds me of this part of the film

  • epic- really

  • I love that box of track - there must be at least 100 pieces + in that little space! Wonderful!

  • Great Train Chase scene.

    Very Buster Keaton-esque.

  • Only Wallace & Gromit can produce a whole train chase inside a house.

  • @RupertGriz

Except from Oggy & Co... They would only add a Saturn V-rocket and an aircraftcarrier ;-)

  • 1:27 epic lolz!

  • fucking 1:07 ahahahahahahahahahahaha hearing the wheels lolololol

  • im so lucky to work for Aardman :D

  • I think The Wrong Trousers is the best of all the Wallace and Gromit short films.

  • best scene EVER!

  • Without a doubt my favourite animated scene of all time.

Studying Animation myself, if I could one day produce something half as technically good and astoundingly imaginative, I would be incredibly proud of myself.

    Love Aardman.

  • ghetto penguin

  • fethers mcgroove lol

  • best chase scene ever

  • haha, I have always loved that pinguen

  • hahahaha awesome!

    gromit is so cutee! <33

  • This is awesome!

    I'm a W&G fan

  • The laying of the spare track, while riding at top speed, has to be the most fantastic piece of film ever recorded lolololol

  • I love these two! This is what i call real humor!

  • Truly brilliant.

  • Oh shit he`s got a gun!!!
