Lol. This was pretty good. You have a lively personality and your passion for food is very obvious. I'd like to make a suggestion, though. I know that there's a time limit on how long the audition videos can be, but I think you should've shown you actually making the vinegrette or grilling the endive. (I understand not showing the beets because that would've taken too long.) You told us what you did, but you didn't show off your skills on camera by doing it. Food Network will want to see that.
