Your drummer is so stationary. Watch the original music vid. ES's drummer is barely in his throne.

The guitarist on the right seems to know his shit, where as the Justin Bieber-looking fellow is rather sloppy in all respects. Its obvious why he tried to keep his hood on towards the beginning of the video.

You need a new vocalist. Period.
