I don't understand this haircut. Why would anyone want to walk around looking like someone used a bowl to cut their hair? This is the most unflattering hairstyle. Not putting the lady in the video down as it is her hair. I just find it an extremely ugly and unflattering do. This haircut would not be attractive on anyone.
You should get it cut right above your earlobes, just high enough to show them off, but I wouldn't go assymetric any longer.
The nape section could be shaved with a trimmer or cut short above a comb, and you should ask your stylist to clear up the bottom of your nape with a very sharp straight razor. A colour change in the upper section would be welcome too, preferably bright red alternating with blond strokes, for example. The bang should be straight, shortened using a straight razor too :-)

How about 3-5" longer on the long side (but still letting your ear show) and just at the top of your ear on the other side (maybe with a long guiche) that is level with your bangs?
Fantastic! What should you do next? A few coloured streaks (pink or purple or blue)?...or a few lines/ shapes on the shaved section....or change the colour completely (black would look good or a very striking red)...or keep it the same (It looks awesome!)
