yes we are proud to be nepali...and proud of killing each other in the name of freedom, nationalism and who knows what....this is Nepal but people like you and me can give a try to change it. In Nepal 2 group(Brahmin-Chettri) have dominated this field. Beside politics, public administration also have been dominated by the same 2 group of people. For Nepal to go forward other ethnic group especially MaGuRaLi must step forward in this field instead of joining British Gurkha army.
