  • Eric, this is awesome. This EXACTLY describes what I have going on with my right knee.

The SI joint is restricted, the TFL is overactive, the psoas is tight, gluteus maximum and medius are weaker, and adductor magnus is very tight.

Looks like I've finally hit the jackpot on what's going wrong with my knee!

  • I wonder if AM weakness caused my SI injury during rack pulls a year ago. I haven't been the same since.

  • Fantastic video Eric - physios have been telling me that I've had a hamstring injury for years.

  • Eric, this is a great video. Have you ever had patients that showed nerve abnormality in their adductor magnus during an EMG? I've had hip & pelvic pain and I've seen a neurologist at HSS in NYC who did a complete EMG and found a nerve abnormality in my adductor magnus. All other muscles tested in the lower leg and upper leg area came back normal. The doctor didn't really know what to make of the fact that only my adductor magnus showed an abnormality.

  • @tortola1129 Get a rumble roller and s-l-o-w-l-y massage away the trigger points you must certainly have. Trust me, you'll feel great

  • very good video!

  • i went to 4 different physical therapist 1 chiropractor and 2 orthopedic md for my lower back pain and sciatica and after using a foam roller on this muscle all of my pain is gone thank you so much for your help. I injured myself doing heavy squats and dead lifts a year ago.
