  • Sound money is like oxygen..... If you dont have it nothing else matters.

  • read Matthew 24: 7,8

  • RON PAUL, the ONLY HOPE. Who cares if he is running as a republican because it doesn't matter, we just need someone who actually will do something different. Because Obama and the rest of the republicans and all the same, they will end up doing the same things

  • Can i see your wife and your kids???

  • The Reason Americas economy is failing is that it is a capatalist country for the country to get better it needs to be liberal left and nationalise the banks instead of having power hungry bankers. And treat its poor people better like free health care......

  • @az123456ification And who would be paying for this "free" healthcare?

  • Wow, spot on and so well articulated!

Depressing thought that a collapse needs to happen to kick people into action... Hopefully it's just more education and spreading videos like this one... Of course censoring the internet won't help as alternative media is the only hope for the spread of any information that could upset our masters... the powers certainly know what they're doing...

  • The world is run by corporations. Banks, oil companies etc. They don't care about you and I, and they never will. We can say all we want, we can point the finger all we want. But it will never make a real difference.

No country is at war today, it's just the corporations that are at war and we people like us will die for a belief that we are "saving a country" or "fighting for a country." But we are only fighting for the rich corporations, nothing else.

  • "You can trust the Americans to do the right thing, after they have tried every other alternative."

    - Winston Churchill

    :P

  • Yeah, the party politics leading to gridlock is an illusion used by the real power. I stopped following politics years ago when I realized that it's just a staged play. I see big tubers fighting for the left & I think they're tools. They think they're so smart, keeping up on the play, but they're not seeing the big picture. Outside of revolt & civil uprising, we need a centrist American party. End the polarization in government. NAFTA has to go, we need our manufacturing jobs here. I could go on

  • Thumbs up for the hair and the video. You are spot on. Subscribing and contacting...

  • So... Let's take bets on how long it'll take until China owns America.

  • Get a few backyard chickens

  • Interesting vid Chad. It's good that the U.S. is now seeing the truth. I lived in the States and love the country so I wish and hope the best for the future.

  • I live in Australia and we have the same problem but on a smaller scale

  • Comment removed

  • Only Ron Paul and Obama together can fix USA , Obama without Ron won't, Ron without Obama wont :X

And even that is already to optimistic.

  • my thought is chad i like your hair and amercia is becoming more like korea

  • mm, scrambled eggs

  • bravo!

  • America cannot afford to ignore the rest of the world, because America is part of the world. I would hate to see America become like Switzerland, who can only be "neutral" because the country is moralless when it comes to politics and business. They traded even more with Nazi Germany during WW2 then they did before the war, and conformed to many of the anti-Semitic practices of the Nazis. The only thing worst is the Vichy government of France during that same time.

  • @KdogPrime Though you have to understand if we focus to much on everyone else then we ourselves could become like poor African countries. Better to help small scale until we get situated again that's all we can hope for right now. The only other solution is if "rich" "people" (please note quotations -_-) find it in their "hearts" to help us in fixing up America so we can help the world like we used to and do it right this time. :)

  • @bcajma12 I'm not saying that every single country that needs help should get a billion dollars worth of aid. I agree that helping out in a small scale is a good thing. Look at the military actions taken to support the Libyan insurgents. NATO assisted the rebels without storming the entire country. I think that if one nation can help another, it should. Isolationism didn't work for the USA during either of the World Wars, it's not going to work now.

  • The simple fact of the matter is that there are people out there who want the freedoms that America has. Those are the people who protested against their oppressive governments during Arab Spring and died fighting for their freedom in Libya. They are not terrorists. Then there are the people who, instead of making at attempt at real change in their own nation, just try to make everyone else as miserable as they are. Those are terrorists.

  • @KdogPrime Agreed, though can you go more in depth for me please you have a very valid point and I'd like to hear more. :)

  • im from iowa and i and i dont see this on are news mmm i call bull on fox

  • @khakiace87 ......Yep, try reading the newspaper on or off-line it's still your best source of information where people show more fact than opinion. :)

  • you should check out "Matt Taibbi" and his articles about this subject.

i do remember a few years ago, on the osbournes of all places, that america had 50 years left. i have yet to see anything to prove against that statement. i think this was the time when oil was all over the news, i wonder how that problem was sorted out :P

  • Very interesting video Chad. Didn't know about Iowa. Ron Paul 2012 xD

  • Let us not forget about the whackados that want to bring progress to a standstill in the name of Green; all the while they are driving up our cost to live and compete through inefficiencies. This Keystone Pipe line deal is an excellent example. Resolve the issues and lets get it done NOW. Quit sending our money overseas. ☺

  • You know, if we could demand the heads of corporate leaders, labor leaders, and politicians that are in bed with them; confiscate their wealth, throw them in prison for life; let share holders first and then bond holders of failed companies go broke it would have a cleansing feeling. Kind of like the laxative effect. Free Markets: Free to make as much as the market will bear; free to fail when you screw up. Lets bring freedom back. ☺PS: No more government subsidies: SS, Medicaid, housing, etc.

  • @eveningbuzz they said we spent over 5 trillion on the recent two wars. I wonder how much cake that would have given each US citizen. Some say we spend on wars to stir our economy. If that was true then why wouldn't we just spend and build more things here. Also, how much oil could 5 trillion dollars buy? The truth will work it's way to the surface soon. It always does.

  • OH! Im happily surprised that not anybody over there got brainwashed yet. since just as our dutch neighbour wrote you already..its realy realy sad to watch how the U.S.A. is losing more and more of its democracy and freedome (yeah that so often quoted freedom) day by day by day. - Its good to see that at least SOME peoples woke up and realized that and now do stand up. but what realy frightens me, are the millions of people who are just too dumb or scared to realize the problem there. WAKE UP!

  • @axel1973w They'll only wake up when the sh@t hits the fan. We're all last minute do everything on credit type folks.

  • Two thumbs up on the hair.

Agree with a lot of your assessment on the media. That one of the reasons I cancelled my TV cable service over a year ago. The news is very slanted and negative. I have since become a big YouTube fan and I get my news from the business channel. Just give me that facts, man.

  • I do not know what you have against the government. We get what we deserve. The free loaders out numbers workers. Until that changes nothing will change. Stop the free lunch and we will see who can survive and who can’t. Having to work for a living tends to cut the BS. Term limits. ☺

  • yes of course it is.

  • oil will run out soon too, so yes america will collapse because the financial system is practicly designed to fail... and it will then take most of the western world down with it. there are some thing the governments will do (erase debts, print even more money -> hyperinflation and so on) that will make the inevitable come a little later, but it will come, if not a really huge movement/change (maybe the zeitgeist movement or the occupiers together with lots of civil unrest) will happen.

  • @RoySchl whichever way it will go, collapse or bottom up change, it should be a better world after that, but one of those ways (sadly the more probable one) takes much longer, and will release much more suffering

  • @RoySchl oh and yeah the hair is nice... damn almost forget the most important

  • Politics in the US is like Pro Wrestling, a majority is fake drama to further the interests of corrupt politicians and the businessmen they lobby for. Its all about hording money, yet those in power do not realize the long term consequences. Unless people have sustainable wages they will be cautious about buying non-essential items. Collapse of these businesses lead to mass unemployment and another Great Depression. I have no problem with people making a profit, but the question is at what cost?

  • America is just so screwed up. I feel we just need to start over. Things worked well when the founding fathers started this country and then ''change'' started. Why? Those policies worked then and they will work now. Let us fix our own country before we try to control the rest of the world. oh and chuck, the hair looks ok, but your mom might have a point. We live in a time when we might just get arrested for speaking our mind. freedom isnt what it used to be.

  • @Sch1220 Nobody cares or pays attention to our constitution. Our forefathers came here to make things better and they did. Unfortunately greed kicked in. I agree, we need to go back to our roots before imperialistic rule kicks in.

  • @Sch1220 well said

  • @Sch1220 "Things worked well when the founding fathers started this country"

Yeah they had it pretty sweat, given that the economy was based on slavery!

  • They went there for the oil Chad, whats wrong with you.

  • @zyphenband What are your thoughts?

  • collapse is here....

  • greed is good. all the advances in medicine or technology has to be credited to greed. i think people need to stop thinking that theyre entitled to things and need to live within their means. these corporations arnt forcing us to buy their products or their services. do people really need expensive gadgets and cars? we also need to stop sending young people to die at war against people who have nothing to lose. we need to stop babysitting the world.

  • @pincheneo To an extent greed is good. Does anyone really need 100billion dollars?

  • Nice to listen to an American with a brain, I lived for decades in a state of confusion regarding the world. In the mid 1980's I read something that was the blueprint that helped me to make sense of everything. William Colby then retired CIA director was much in demand as a consultant and wrote an article in an international investment journal. In that article he made the bold and shocking statemment that every government in the world is either run or influenced by organized crime.

  • America is lost, at least the America we used to know. it won't be until the shit hits the fan and people on this planet start to rebuild that it starts to get better. sadly, this will take many many years. maybe hundreds.

  • 100% true, nice to know you're informed too chad. Sadly most americans dont know about this at all. the media is hiding all of this. but WE WILL FIGHT BACK! or just cowardly escape to europe....

  • all i know is im buying a rifle... just saying... incase the world starts ending

  • The problem I have with the US is your greed is stuffing up our economy too :-(

  • Agree 100% brother - Greece is good example, country is totally collapsed and their politicians still don't have a balanced budget. Our politicians are going to crash us into the wall at full speed...

  • You look like if Nathan Drake & Lou Diamond Philips had a child.

    I think it's great!

  • agree 100%

  • You're a Redditor too?

  • They never listened to the theories before, but NOW you decide to notice them? Ah soon the national bank will rule the world and The hobos will be the only unaffected ones at the top of society

  • The US is not the only place going to hell in a hand basket. All of Europe as well once the Eurozone collapses. With SOPA, PIPA, and NDAA all going to pass. Anybody speaking out will be fucked. The US just wants to keep people quiet. So

  • Shit's on fire, yo.

Also, Uprising may be a strong word, but the Occupy Movement, SOPA and PIPA, The new bill that I can't remember the name of, new election campaigns are a facade, American Postal service on the verge of being bankrupt, a lot is going wrong over there.

  • i think we need to get out all together because we are going broke helping for nothing we are just wasting our peoples lives and we dont need to help other countries that's why there is so much fighting we are wasting money helping other countries get better while the goverment sits back wasting trillions on countries while our own is dieing we need to change and im 17 and im really interested in what our country is doing and the history well nice vid i like it

  • its not america, its the world 2012 dude.. its coming

  • I'm Dutch and I don't look up to America / Americans at all, neither does pretty much anyone I know. Ironically, I think our language sucks and so does the weather.

  • Redditor eh?

  • fuck with my freedom, my money, my life, but dont fuck with my CLIPCRITICS.

lol no but for real, i agree with a lot that that guy said. it is time for a change. This OWS shit to me was a just a joke, it hasn't worked and wont work. We need a better strategy, one that doesnt make people look like hippy douches.

And Chad you really scare me, im toooo poor to buy gold. whaaah. Well good thing i give great hand-jobs

  • Outstanding video, Chad! Thank you so much for telling it like it is. I'm glad to see that you are beginning to heal from the loss of your dear father. Cheers Chad!

  • one day (i hope soon ) that we're gonna realize that there a 7 BILLION of us and about 250,000 of "them" and all "their" power comes form pieces of paper and useless bricks of gold ...............quick question : if two men are walking through the dessert , one has a gold bar and the other has a gallon of water , whos the rich man ?

  • @LVenemy The guy with the gold bar bludgeons the other man over the head and steals his water so that he has both. That's the American way!

(gold = US military, water = oil)

  • A Civil War?????

  • You are amazing!

  • The US is really collapsing here in Florida. We have sink-holes.

  • yep that just about covers it

  • And Chad was never seen again...

  • A World economy is coming. All debts forgiven and a new start. The money lending is an illusion anyway.Paper with pretty pictures with no assets to back it up. The only Country holding it back is China. They are "buying" America.. If the U.S. stopped ALL spending and just concentrated on servicing the debt, to pay JUST the interest alone would take 378 years...

  • In the Declaration of Independence it stated that if the U.S government were to in any way go corrupt, the people have the power to overthrow it. This is a good time to overthrow the government.

  • chad! I just fell off my chair

  • @marniespeaks because of my dashing good looks?

  • @Chadisms Ha! yeah, yeah that's it, and the fact that you are into PMs and spoke up for Ron Paul

don't worry of they come to get you we'll send in Zoron and WIllis to save you.

Actually I think they would be up against a mighty wind if Americans began to be disappeared

  • Most of what guy says is true. But the netherlands is in a thing called the eurozone. Now Google "eurozone".Pot kettle black.

  • @SirKnobofCheese Everything that guy said is true and Euro area problems have nothing to do with those points, so it's not really a pot calling a kettle black kinda situation.

  • @Verdoux007 Your right but my point is why choose to have a go at America, when your own house is burning down?

  • @SirKnobofCheese You do realize that it's not really a either or situation. You can be interested about two things at the same time.

  • @SirKnobofCheese Different situation. The Eurozone is failing because of mismanagement by Brussels. The Euro could never have worked which is why some EU countries never joined it. America used to work, it just doesn't anymore because it has been subverted by corruption.

  • @Danny77uk what exactly is "corruption " ? bribes? nepotism? kick backs? that shit has been going on since this fucking country started . the real problem is that ppl are starting to realize that "money " isn't the measure of someones worth anymore,

  • @Danny77uk Your right they are different,But hes having go at the U.S when I think theres more chance of the Eurozone going tits up at the minute than the U.S.Btw i'm not American.

  • @SirKnobofCheese The Eurozone won't crash like the US banks did in 2008. More likely its value will drop and some southern nations will drop out and adopt their own national currencies again. The problem is that Brussels attempted to regulate the labor market across every member which in turn made some countries uncompetitive as labor costs went up.

Totally different situation to the USA, where corporations pay no tax and the government has to borrow money from China to pay for its military

  • @Danny77uk Lets hope your right but if Italy or Spain default all bets are off.American's real problem will happen when governments stop using the dollar as their main reserve currency, that a few years away yet.

  • @SirKnobofCheese the problem with US is if any of its allies reject their proposals and solution US will no longer see those nations as their allies!

Australia for example did not want to enter this war, they did it only to please US. So US does matter!

  • And now they are passing SOPA and protect IP so that they can censor everything they want to keeping the public even more in check.

I wish you the best of luck over there.

Good luck from Denmark - Alex

  • I 100% agree. I am soooo happy I don't live in the US since everything seems to be going to shit. it's a shame that so many americans are too stupid to see the problem and they would rather trust 60 year old politicians paid off by big companies on wallstreet than what they see for themselves in the country around them. Religion is a bigger faction than intelligence when it comes to the presidential candidates.

  • If they wont stop the Westboro Baptist Church from speaking their minds then you are fine.

I agree with you and the blog. All that needs to be done is everyone in the government getting those BIG raises every year to stop and for the rich to start paying REAL taxes. They should also limit the time people are on welfare. I know plenty who have it and can work but don't because the government babies them and when my family needed help we didn't get it because my dad made one dollar too much.

  • every country goes through alot of difficulties, were just under the impression that the world revolves around us. my opinion, it has alot to do with people occupying it. in japan people ride 3hrs to their job, my moms friend in russia had the same starter job for 30+ years, and not to mention brazil with their 15 cent/ hour wage. but here, most of us just like to sit on our asses, get an unemployment check and complain that the immigrants took our best jobs. my point is life tough, get a helmet

  • It's not easy to be the best

  • agree

  • Hear hear!

  • I agree with everything that blog says. Corporate America has invaded Capitol Hill, and now if you disagree with the government, you could be deemed an enemy combatant and held without charge or trial.

  • America isn't dieing... foreign media loves getting stories from bullshit bloggers who like Vonhelton are nut jobs..

Our Gov is not more corrupt than any other Gov.. There has never been a perfect Gov and never will be..

People need to stop focusing 95% of their voting power on the pres and worry about congress since 75% of whats wrong today they approved. Americans need to realize that the pres is not a super hero and most of the stuff they say like "I support weed" is bullshit

  • @daddyoca69 and the president has no powers to just wake up tomorrow and say weed is legal.. That takes congress to do like everything else in Washington..

Whats failed more than the Gov in America is Americans not knowing the basics of how our 3 tier system works and how elections work. They need to stop allowing people to stay on congress for 47 years and only left because they died.

  • @daddyoca69 It all goes back to the sorry state of education in the USA. Americans understand nothing about the world, about how the economy works, about how their government works. They are brainwashed from a early age to be docile consumers, to believe what ever the corporate networks want them to believe. The political parties are a front intended to make people believe they have a say in their government, but they don't, and haven't had for decades.

  • @Danny77uk the education system is not that bad here.. most of the blame starts with parents. My girl is 3 years above her reading level and 4 years in math.. Because I am a parent. Schools dont teach entitlement nor does Corps. That starts right after a child is born.

  • @daddyoca69 Yes, the education system is SHIT. Your girl is where she SHOULD be, for her age. Her classes, then, are 3 years below where they ought to be. Wow! Proud of being average - that's a typical American.

  • @daddyoca69 "People need to stop focusing 95% of their voting power on the pres and worry about congress since 75% of whats wrong today they approved.'

That statement alone demonstrates how utterly clueless you are about how your government works. State politicians cannot run for the senate or congress without money for a campaign, regardless of their popularity. And that money comes from business interests who wish to be represented.

  • @Danny77uk no it means if you ask someone who your voting for and they will tell you a president and they can't even tell you one congress member running in their district's.. ITs been proven that most voters do not focus on who whens in congress and the members prove it.. most member been in for than 20 years now and only getting out when they drop dead.. doesn't even have to do with money

  • @daddyoca69 "doesn't even have to do with money" wow. You really believe that.

  • @Danny77uk For congress no... they don't spend nearly as much as the pres does... hell there are some lifers who spend less than people running for state congress.. you must be from the UK because you don't know jack about our system..

The President is not god in America and does not have the power to do shit.. Congress does.. Presidents cant serve more than two terms but no limits on congress.. yep no problem here

  • @daddyoca69 Name a single congressmen who has been in power for more than 8 years who isn't (a) extremely wealthy and connected and/or (b) famous.

  • @Danny77uk who did you vote for congress the last 4 elections? Now I may give you credit but ask others even from the last election and see what they say.. don't be shocked if they dont remember... that has nothing to do with money or power.. it has to do with Americans lack of knowledge because they think the pres can do it all.. hell stonners voted for Obama because he would make it legal.. to bad he cant

  • @daddyoca69 I didn't vote. I'm not American (thank God).

"that has nothing to do with money or power" It has everything to do with it. George Bush lost both the popular vote AND the electoral vote in 2000 and yet he was president for EIGHT years.

The candidates that the GOP have been putting forward for the last decade have been witless morons, the only people they could find who were stupid enough to believe that presidency matters, idiots who could be easily manipulated by the corporations.

  • @Danny77uk figures... talking shit about a system and you don't even live here.. You keep talking the President and proving my point.. The President is a puppet and has no REAL power.. everything has to be voted on by congress.. jesus go read wiki.. People think President can change law and lower taxes etc and the fact is he cant..

People need to stop going to the voting box and picking a president and worry about congress. Its has nothing to do with money. just stupidity..

  • @daddyoca69 Also I see that couldn't answer my previous question, to name a single congressmen who isn't in power because of his wealth. I bet you couldn't even name any congressmen without looking it up.

  • Freedom of speech doesn't mean 'freedom of speech' anymore. It now means 'You can say what you want, but only if the government agrees with it'.

  • Thank you. This is why I am supporting and voting for Ron Paul for President no matter what the MSM says.

  • @PizzaGod Ron Paul has as much chance of becoming the president as you have.

  • We have groups of courses you have to follow. I am studying Computer Science. I have courses I HAVE to follow, and I cant take anything else as it takes up all the time in my week. But I do know that if I search for a job I will get one, because I am always sufficient for the job. I am interning right now, all students need to for half a year, at a company that wants to hire me after my study. Intern != helper boy here, I am seen as a full member of the staff.

  • What your mom said made me think of V for Vendetta. xD Watch it if you somehow havent seen it. Also, Im Dutch and I had no idea we here in the netherlands looked up to the US, ..the fuck? xD Movies and music are pretty good(although thats been shifting these last few years), but thats pretty much it, and its only because the entertainment industry in the US has a big budget. Which, is now causing trouble to the entire world with this SOPA shit. Oh Amuruca, you got us all into so much trouble <3

  • @ResoIve It's the few greedy ones who ruined it for the rest of us. :(

  • I lived in the USA for 6 years, moved back to NL 10 years ago.

Education: University doesnt work in the USA. In the USA you can just choose what courses you want to have? It weirds me out. Its also the reason my parents went back to NL, so that me and my sisters could have a good education. Also: The Government pays for all the students, meaning EVERYONE can get a degree. We pay more taxes? Maybe, but atleast we take care of each other. Thats what I heard from my friends when I got back.

  • @KodessR "me... could have a good education"? IT DIDN'T WORK.

  • thumbs up for hair! =D

  • A lot of good points in the reddit post, however America still without a doubt the cultural and economic center of the world. The mere fact that we don`t see people leaving the US and flocking to other countries says enough. Yes the situation is f`ed up at the moment, but all countries inevitably go through periods of recession. If America can`t pick itself up after this who can?

P.S. Am not an American and don`t live in the US.

P.S.2 Have always dreamed my hair would be like this when i wake up

  • @ReaLMaDz lmao america is not the economic centre of the world, pull your head out of your ass and take a breath.

  • @ReaLMaDz My wife totally digs my hair like this. Thx for the comment!

  • @ReaLMaDz Excuse me, 'cultural center of the world'?

  • @Danny77uk I meant pop culture, culture for the masses. Music, TV, Cinema.

  • @ReaLMaDz China and maybe Russia/India will replace U.S in the next 30years economically.

  • @SirKnobofCheese Absolutely true - but will the standard of living be proportional to that of the US today ? China, Russia and India are all in this recession with all of us. If the US or the EU is in trouble - they are in trouble as well.

  • @ReaLMaDz China's had 8% grown this year that isn't a recession. The west is all in the same boat. The economic power of the world will have moved to east asia by 2050.

  • Where im from the US is more like a joke to be honest

  • holy shit this is good, soo true! I think with the issue regarding foreign policy, many of the countries that were intervened in did not want any US intervention, as a middle easterner, i can tell for a fact that even tho saddam was a ruthless tyrranical dictator, Im sure the ppl in iraq preffered his regime as a pose to the shit storm and social/religious/political divide and civil unrest that it currently exhibits. And no one blames the soldiers or the US people, its the lawmakers and fat cats

  • well am not an American but is know as one of the most powerful continent and there is always a back up plan but am sure the real plan is hidden till it is needed that's the way i see it

  • The thing is, things could be turned around for America if the evil pricks who are running things stopped royally screwing the rest of the people in the country.

Jon Ronson wrote a hilarious and quite disturbing book called The Phsycopath Test. In it he discovers that a hugely disproportionate number of our business and political leaders are psychopathic according to standardised tests.

    /watch?v=A6aCir5bu-c

  • I just finished my exams, so my brain is exhausted. As such, I am going to wait a day until I watch this vid the whole way through (please don't be mad). I just want to say that I'm glad you're posting a vid on this topic because I haven't seen any discussion on the topic by any of my other subscriptions. Second, I know of an author by the name of Niall Ferguson (I think), which I haven't read yet, but definitely writes about this topic. And yes, your hair is fantastic. :D

  • Military cant just arrest you, they have to... ohh yea... nvm

  • @barakuda1111 That barakida guy sounds like a terrorist. Arrest him!!!! thx for the comment.

  • Hair looks good. All points seem to have merit to some degree or another. Sadly I too feel that things are going to get a lot worse before someone has the balls to stand up and do more than spit in the face of our government.

  • I actually always thought about immigrating to the USA, but currently, it doesn't attract me as much anymore and I have a way more stable life over here.

  • Ron Paul 2012!!!!!

  • If this SOPA Bill passes then..yes, America will collapse =/

  • eyy

  • I agree 100% with what you are saying. Big fan btw, keep up your amazing work. :)
