I actually don't think the cream eyeshadow played much role in this though. But in the video, they used a Shu Uemura cream eyeshadow. If you want to know what they used for the black, they used a gel liner, and for the yellow and white, they used a Shu Uemura eyeshadow palette called Adorned Marguerite. Bobbi Brown and MAC make great gel liners I've heard. Sorry if that was more information than you wanted ^^"

Hmmmm black eyeshadow probably can. A very pigmented black eyeshadow would work best :3 Oh oh I just remembered! You can get mixing mediums. It makes powdery products smooth and more vibrant :33 Well, you should ask a professional more about that xD And you're welcome :333
