Look at what people like you do in protests. You cause anger and stupidity in peaceful terms, you turn peaceful protests into chaotic shows and then you blame the police.

These horses and the police are 100 times braver than you. The horses are trained for these situations, they are bomb proof. Only the police officers would lead them away if the situations was too dangerous. Never are they used to harm protesters. They're only used to control situations that are getting too rowdy. -_-

Of course they can make choices, ''dickhead''. They can choose whether they want to stand over here, or stand over there. If they hadn't been selectively bred and trained to do as the piggy sat on top of them was telling them, then my guess is that they would choose not to walk around where people are throwing things at them. Thus they would make the choice to go somewhere else.

at 1.04 bottom right hand corner, you see a black clad student throw a bottle and it it hits another student wearing a brown coat directly on the back of the head, you can then make out the student who has been hit holding the back of his head (he is now at the bottom of the screen). an injury to the back of the head and no police baton involved. just remember ONLY WANKERS THROW FROM THE BACK!!!

You've entitled this video "Mounted police attack demonstrators ... ". Why? I've now watched it three times, and see lots of things thrown at police officers, but no evidence of any police officer attacking any demonstrator.

Isn't your title misleading? At what point in the video do you say the police "attack"?

@carlmartingardner The initial charge would of been the attack, the idea is to drive the crowd back with a charge. Problem is in this case it didn't work and the mounted police got cut off, I will not say that the demonstrators were exactly defending themselves but they didn't go looking for horses to throw stuff at.

Personally the whole idea of charging an animal thats prone to being spooked by foxes let alone angry teenagers into a crowd never really made sense to me.

If you have seen the footage on the news, no doubt you have, the mounted police charged into a crowd of demonstrators, and the crowd split, this is when the horses are stranded in the middle of the crowd.

Stop trying to justify police actions and demonise protest, its weak.
