  • The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day Saints is God's restored church and is the only true and living church on the earth today. Jesus Christ is the head of this church and He is our Saviour and Redeemer. The Book of Mormon is another testament Of Jesus Christ and ''if any man lack wisdom let him ask of God''. This i know to be true with all my heart.

  • he who has an ear to hear let him or her hear!

  • A religion or religious sect generally considered to be extremist or false, with its followers often living in an unconventional manner. that is a cult

there is plenty of proof that the bible is real but none for the mormons except what the mormons have made up .

  • Try to take an objective view to this question. To the world at the time of Christ, I suspect many non-believers would classify Christianity as a "cult." If you don't beiieve that's true, I would encourage you to read historical texts about the world's views of early Christianity.

Do you understand why then that your definition, or another man-made definition, has no importance in the eyes of God?

  • Look up the word FAITH in the dictionary.

It is defined as belief in something in spite of the absence of proof.

So please continue your debate about which religion is more logical or more plausible or more believable, but don't talk about which one has more proof, because you end up sounding badly uninformed when you do so.

  • What does the BoM offer that the bible lacks?

  • It is another testimony of Christ in addition to the Bible. Mormons study the Bible and believe it to be true, as long as it is translated correctly, but the Book of Mormon is another testimony of Christ, written by prophets on the American continent. A group of Jews left Jerusalem 600 years before Christ's birth, and it is their records. The two offer testimony of Christ's divinity and God's love and plan of salvation for HIs children.

  • Poetry at best... stay with God's only ordained Book The bible and follow the teachings of Christ, makeing sure you have that Jesus and not another and the first Gospel and not another.

  • you follow the trinity doctrine a man made false doctrine

  • the trinity doctrine comes from the harlot catholic church...There exist God the Father and Jesus the son and what jesus called" the spirit that proceeds from the father "called the Holy spirit.

  • you follow the cult religon established by jospeh smith and contradict on what the bible says.

  • SUPERB! Beautifully done!

I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to read the Book of Mormon several times and to come to know my Savior Jesus Christ and his love for all of God's children. It supports and expounds on the teachings of the Holy Bible and is another testiment of Christ. I hope you will continue to make videos to teach and inspire all you desire to know our beloved Savior.

  • I testify to the world that the Book of Mormon is true. I testify that Joseph Smith was forordained in the premortal existance to bring to pass the restoration of the gospel in the fulness of times. And I testify that The Church of Jesus Crist of Latter-Day Saints is the true church of God. I know these things for myself, and nothing you say or do will change those truths. And God will continue to bring many souls to a knowledge of the gospel as that they may build up His kingdom.

  • I know the lds church is Awesome!

    I KNOW ITZ TRUE!

    I CANNOT DENY IT!

  • This is a subjective experience you have that does not concord with REALity. But hey..as they say, who cares? If it feels good, feel it.

  • "This is a subjective experience you have that does not concord with REALity"

your answer is the subjective one.

the answering of prayers can be very objective. Especially when miracles are involved.

  • Care to document any of these miracles?

  • "Care to document any of these miracles? "

    would it change your perspective?

  • I visited a Mormon church and I all I noticed was the subliminal "European" based ideology...As a White man, I noticed that the pictures and people seemed to relish more in their belief in Joseph Smith more than Jesus Christ....Even Jesus was the typical White, Blonde, perfect looking man. The bible totally contradicts that belief, Jesus could not had been white nor black...His skin tone was closet to brown skinned Arabs and His culture was of course Jewish....not American or European.....

  • Sounds about right. The Palenstinian culture was dominant (evident by the people speak Aremaic). He would have been olive skin and probably shorter hair (custom of the Jewish faith for men).

  • I agree, Mary most likely had olive toned skin, but don't forget...that was only half of the inherited genes.

  • ajani,

let me understand this you say we a belief in Joseph Smith (which I do NOT even know what that means), they all you can talk about is our depiction of Jesus Christ.

could it be that the distortion is in your views?

That the reason we do NOT have very many pictures of Jesus Christ is because we do NOT know what He looked like and since we worship Christ who is Jesus, we do not want anyone thinking we worship his pictures or statues?

  • yeahp, that's exactly what I used to think when I was a kid... never occured to me that Our Saviour was jewish!, I thought he was EUROPEAN/american :) jewish/hebrew/arabic features are of brownish skin, big nose, bushy eyebrows, big black eyes complection....I've been in the middle east several times and that's the impression I have from them.

  • wochaca

  • I really enjoyed this video. Not only was it very well put together but I really think the point it's making should be made to people not of our faith. And that is that we believe in Christ, and just because we read and believe in the Book of Mormon, doesn't make us love Christ less. Infact, the stories of other Christians in the Book of Mormon help us to love Christ more.

  • Hey all, I am a Christ follower, and I love everyone who loves our Savior with an undying love. We are making a radical conclusion, however that I cannot concede-keep in mind that I am completely open to the idea of our Lord visiting other places other than Israel, but if the Book of Mormon contains truth about Jesus not in the Bible, then God failed for many centuries at getting His Word out in fullness to His people-a long time the masses only one quarter have full revelation of Jesus Christ.

  • The only reason the Book of Mormon has truths the Bible doesn't have is because the Bible went through centuries of being translated into defferent languages and being changed by curupt priests. My guess is that it had everything and then just, lost it

  • if God wanted to tell his people more than he would have put it in the bible

  • I would be careful about trying to limit God as what He should or should not do, or what He can and cannot do.

If God wants to give more of His word, I am ready to accept it.

  • Aw inspiring video

  • One day I will become a Mormon. When the time it right for me. I will.

  • 89murph: Greetings friend. I am a convert and have been a member of The Church of JESUS CHRIST of Latter-day Saints for over 33 years. I was raised as a Southern Baptist, even considered following in my father's, grandfather's and great grandfather's footsteps by becoming a Baptist minister. However, despite my firm faith in Christ, I felt something was missing in my denomination as well as in others that I investigated. The Book of Mormon is truly a "second witness" of Jesus Christ. It is true.

  • i hope you will become christian not mormon. the mormonism religion is a cult and contradicts the christian faith . read the bible and the bom. then you will see the contradictions

  • First, we are Christians.

Second, what is your definition of a cult? Do you know it without looking it up? The reason I ask is because most people who use this word can't even define it and use it only to put down a religion they don't understand or like.

Third, I would also encourage everyone to read the Book of Mormon and Bible. Then ask God whether the Book of Mormon be true. He will answer.

  • and to ask god you will have a sincere heart. many times in the bible it states that the heart is corrupt and can lead to evil things.. for a corrupt heart is not what i use to base my belief. if you read the bible then you will see that the bom is corrupt.

  • Again, I encourage everyone to read the Bible and Book of Mormon for themselves. Do you believe that God can answer prayers?

  • a cult is a misleading practice that sucks people to believe something untrue

  • "a misleading practice that sucks people to believe something untrue"

You prove my point well. That is a completely different definition than the others than exist out there. Just goes to show that the word "cult" is used without any common consensus of it--everyone has their own definition to fit their purposes.

  • also i do not hate the mormon people. i love them. i only hate what is not of God. and the mormon religion is not of god.

  • so not true. the mormon religion is gods only true church

  • bropoll9: If the mormon religion is the only true church, then that would make Jesus of the bible a deceiver or liar. Seems he would have given us the mormon religion from the start, rather then give us something inadequate and claim we don't need anything else. Then he makes people wait until the 1800's for Joseph Smith to write it down thus depriving almost 2000 years worth of people the "true church". There is no logic in that view, not to mention all the factual errors in the BOM. Ugh!

  • The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is a restoration of the true Church that Jesus started. We believe that after the apostles were killed, priesthood authority was lost from the earth and an apostasy occurred. Through Joseph Smith, a restoration occurred.

We believe that all people who have lived, are living, or will live on the earth will have a full chance to accept the gospel of Jesus Christ.

  • amen to that. Mormonism is a false doctrine

  • Have you ever read the Book of Mormon in its entirety?

  • beautiful!!!!!

  • That was Beautiful! THANK YOU

  • POWERFUL !!

  • This is just beautiful. It makes me proud of my Mormon faith.:) +I love the music in By The Hand Of Mormon

  • When I was about 9 or 10 years old. I searched the Holy Bible on my own, and came to the conclusion that I did not understand the Gospel. I spent much time in meditation and supplication. I never heard of the Book of Mormon or Joseph Smith, but in my mind and heart I believed if God and Jesus Christ and the Holy Bible was true there should be another book to testify of Jesus Christ which plainly taught the Gospel to be to light of the Holy Bible.

  • It was not until I was 27 years old when I read and studied the Book of Mormon. There is no other book that has the ability to bring you more about Jesus Christ than the Book of Mormon. The law of Moses demands a second witness, and the Book of Mormon is the answer to that law which must be fulfilled. Only those who truly hunger and thirst to know Jesus Christ will be meek and humble enough to receive His Spirit and Word. Do not harden your hearts, pray always to be humble and meek for God.

  • The Book of Mormon is a great book & it's a wonderful religion

  • That is a very compelling video. Thank you and keep up the good work.

  • It is always good to read and remember, and share the gospel that is contained in the Book of Mormon. Thank you for the video. The Book of Mormon testifies powerfully of Jesus Christ: our Savior and Redeemer.

  • This is truely a beautiful video. I know the Book of Mormon is the word of God and that it works hand in hand with the Bible. It is another testament of Christ in whom all christians believe. It sheds light on all who read it - enlightens the mind, and when read with the Holy Ghost confirms the truth in its pages. I know Jesus Christ is my redeemer and that he loves me. I am indebted to Him all the days of my life. My favorite scriptures are from Nephi's Psalms.

    Thank you for sharing.

  • Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, was and is the Redeemer of the world. His message of salvation is for the whole world.

To this end, he called prophets anciently on the eastern hemisphere who wrote the Bible and western hemisphere who wrote The Book of Mormon. The Book of Mormon is another testament of the divinity and sacrifice of Jesus Christ the Son of God.

    Thanks for sharing!
