I have no experience in Naval or Civilian Merchant Marine operations. But I have 10 years in the US Army and 16 years OTR commercial driving. If I made a list of things people should have for the next 10,000 years in proficient technical capabilities; projects like these would be 1 of them! Without Navies; I don't think these skills or experiments would be possible? The big payoff will be when advanced nuclear energy (fusion) will be the prime mover for platforms such as these.

How is the situation of hegemonism and domination? Who has need for "there isn´t any need for a NR-!"?

Who in fact would be disturbed in the Caribian Sea by the NR-1?

The submarine could not be operational for more than 330 days because of the limitations of reactor durability due to its very small size.
