I agree this is Raag Maluha Kedar. I have a full recording of the Raag by the maestro late Ustad Ali Akbar Khan, played at the B.J.Medical Colege arts circle in Pune.

Thanks for further clarification. Of course I don't have enough knowledge to distinguish betweem Kedar / Maluha Kedar. I remember listening to Maluha Kedar only once in a concert of Late. Pt. CR Vyas way back in 1992-1993 in Nashik. Thanks again..
