  • Im 15 and I can curl 60 one rep but with same pretty bad form. My friend is 14, ripped as sh!t and one time my otther friend had 150lbs on the bench press an he picked it up and curled it with one arm perfect form. Haha no steroids no joke

  • Your elbows were to far out from your body FORM FORM FORM everyone seems to ignore it trust me it is most important to learn in your teen years. If you learn improper form it is hard to break out of it.

  • dude.. ive been watching your vids of bench press and now this one but.. i dont figure it out ... how is that you ar not muscular or have a nice chest or some decent bi´s... are you powerlifting or what to bench that .. cause i bench only 45 lb plates on each side = 105 lbs cuase of the bar weight.. but i have a pretty decent chest and bi´s .. are you genetically like skinny.. or you are just strong..?? :).. even that i said that .. cheers for the good work keep it up..

  • @Chamilism Well I'm 15 and I do more than this guy with better form, and more reps, however 40kg is surely a really low weight for your age no matter how short or asian you are? (And well played to you if you can do as much as this guy :P)

  • You need to work on your form dude. You're putting the rest of your body into it. Keep a steady body and go a bit slower on the curls.

    His form is a bit wonky but otherwise it's fine. Keeping absolutely still at higher weights isn't necessary.

  • Good work man! I'm 15 too and i'm currently curling about that... I do preacher curls on 30kg i'm not sure what the transposition into pounds is!
