cos b-boying is'nt just about power moves, to me a really nice, unique toprock and footwork shows more creativity than powermoves.
Besides 'shitty toprock' is one of the foundations of b-boying and even in the world champs b-boys need to show that they can toprock to fulfill certain criteria. Imagine a battle of just flares, airtracks, windmills etc....pretty boring eh
