@elementaldude7 u could easily train yourself to dunk if ur 6'3 and that yound my man!! u first gotta practice at jumping techniques, 1 foot and 2 foot gathers, jumping with the ball, or throw self lobs w/o ball- then when u get rhythm down u can start training to increase power strength and explosiveness- train w squats, dealifts, core/abs and plyometrics! put all that together an u will be dunking no question! im a certified trainer no BS
