  • are there any adults at your school?

  • yeh a samuri sword is sharpend to

  • cut your hair you look funny

  • XD did farmers realy use nunchu...cha....chee....whatevers i dont care........

    to knock rice loose? XD

  • @doll367 sound inefficent but its true

  • @doll367 non-samurai's weren't allowed to have weapons. shurikens we're farm tools used to get nails out of wood

  • @cookiepwnsU Senban*

  • at 0:57 seconds look at how kamas is spelled

  • Incomplete history. Kama were used both in Okinawan farming, as well as Japanese farming. The samurai were known to carry a single kama/kusarigama as an alternate weapon of choice and not strictly Okinawan. It happened to be the obvious defensive weapon of choice for Okinawan farmers because it was sharp and deadly, not because it was metal. And for the record, the holes in competition kama are to create a whistling effect during demos, not to make them lighter.

  • whats a numchuck? I take motobuha shito-ryu, one of the oldest living organisations, and we sure as heck dont call it numchuck. Its called nunchacku, or nunchucka's. pfft... american karate these days...

  • the guy cant tell the difference between okinawan kobudo and ninjutsu... cant expert village ever find a good teacher?

  • @ZornAndWingShow Yea the japanese call it nunchacku but a lot of americas shorten any words or make slang that are hard to pronounce. Thats being going on sine the 70's or 80's when martial art movies got even more popular in america.

  • why is he saying that every weapon is a ninja weapon? seriously, those are peasants weapons used in kobudo, not ninjutsu.

  • to hanaman1: those were all ninja weapons ninjas were farmers known as peasnts in japan

  • do you know what ninja were? have you ever done any research beside watching tmnt? look up kobudo. now look up ninjutsu. you will notice that kobudo is a farmers martial art, and ninjutsu is not. all soke of ninjutsu were samurai. that is very easy to confirm, just use the internet, and your brain.

  • no ninjutsu was used by ninja samurai used showgun its now that hard to see that ninja used all the weapons he meantions

  • you my friend, are talking out of your ass. show me one ninpo school that uses kama. ill even let you choose schools that arent of the X-kan, though most are not real ninjutsu (but not okinawan kobudo schools!). showgun is not a martial art, and it is written shogun, its a army leader.

  • im from japan i know about ninja and samurai so shut the hell up

  • if you are, the japanese school system should be ashamed. a japanese student that doesnt know who were the shoguns? disgrace. you still havent showed me a ninpo school that uses kama. ill have to assume your a lier if youll take any longer. please hurry.

  • wth is christain martial arts we japanese and chinese made marital arts but who ever wants to learn it is ok but they cant just act like they made it o and kama is my fav weapon

  • Whats with those kama? They have holes. Thats not right. Nunchaku are alos not Ninjutsu weapons.

  • he said they have holes for competition uses, bakka... and both kama and nunchaku are kobudo weapon. ninjitsu use kusari-gama, witch are similar but has a long metal chain at the non-blade end.

  • Did you just call me a "Baka"? I fso, you used the term wrong, and spelled it wrong too. Also, not to be rude, unless you called me a "Baka", but you don't have too give me a history lesson in Ninjutsu. Kusari-fundo are the only thing closely related in appearance to Nunchaku.

  • fist of all, its in japanese. there is no right way to spell it in english. second of all, i use this word with kindness, not rudeness. i didn't mean to offend you, and i wont be using that word in the future. secondly, kusari-gama and kusari-fundo are 2 different weapons (kusrai means chain). as i'v said before, i did not mean to hurt you. i am very sorry.

  • Not to be rude, but I know Japanese, and don't need a lesson on something I've studied, and continue too. I said NUNCHAKU, and KUSARI FUNDO, not Kusari gama, are similiar, and Nunchaku were never used by Ninja. Kusari fundo resembles the Nunchaku the closest, if anything.

  • oh, i got you. sorry for the misunderstanding. i agree, nunchaku ware never a ninja weapon. what i meant on my comment is that kusari gama is similar to kama, not nunchaku. sorry again for the misunderstanding.

  • Its alright, and I'm sorry if I sound like an ass.^^

  • from white they can change it to black and from black they can change it to white

base of which side where they gain advantage

  • the holes as he mentioned are for competitions. the holes are for speed. real kamas dont have holes and are very sharp.

  • You don;t have to tell me about kama. This is still bullshit.

  • wait a minute... nunchuks were farming tools? I had no idea *shame*

  • Whats the obvious advantage of a blade vs blade?...

  • it's less likely that someone would cut your spear/bo-Staff/(whatever is made outta wood or so) and cut through it

    (i presume)

  • hes talking shit... the only obvious advantage is for the one who is holding the sword because they have more distance to cover :L

  • LOL! Yeah, blade vs blade, OBVIOUS advantage - "right there" no less! Like as obvious as why the earth is only 6,000 years old, and all the animals on earth fitted into a frikken big boat whilst the earth flooded. Think about it: the bible might seem like a way to frighten people into civil behaviour, but this guy thinks it's the obviously the word of god, despite all the contradictions in scripture. You might depend anything could be "obvious" to somebody with that level of critical thinking.

  • You should make a longer one.

  • this guy doens't know anything about martial arts he should shut his mouth and stop spreading bullshit mythology

  • yes but you cant blame him. this is CHRISTIAN martial arts. this was devised for those who mock martial arts, not respect it. anyone who respected martial arts would learn the real thing. in short words, this is the robbin as oppose to the hawk.
