  • Where is part four?

  • "BRAVO" Love Her!!!

  • The lady sings like none other! Superb!

  • THE SUPREME LADY!!!!!

  • wheres part 4 of this please ? :(

  • The tragedy here is that this gorgeous and talented woman never made any other significant films. i don't think America was capable of dealing with a black woman with so much talent.

  • @GenuinelyArtificial i wouldn't mind being her lover :)

  • Diana Ross a true superstar who is more beautiful today than ever. Gorgeous lady, classy, intelligent and multi talented, Her voice is wonderful as ever.

  • Diana Ross a true superstar who is more beautiful today than ever. Gorgeous lady, classy and intelligent and multi talented,

  • i love diana ross, truly, i do, but there's no reason to disparage lady day. if diana can give her props, why would anyone else try to denigrate billie holiday? billie holiday is american music. there is no one else who ever put so much of their being into a song as billie holiday did. as for diana ross, the name says it alone. diana is an american institution. she did it her way and she often steamrolled people into the ground, but her ambition is a force that cannot be halted or stopped.

  • does anyone have the whole interview? I would love a dvd copy of it.

  • diana is still stunning when she wants too be. too bad she didn't do more with her acting .

  • I have loved Diana from the first time that I heard her sing...The controversies of the past sort of messed me up..I have experienced the huge "ego" first hand...but MIchael Jackson's love for her re-directed me back to listening to her..the love is still there...with a greater appreciation..and I think Diana has undergone that same metamorpheses...

  • I love Diana Ross. I hope she lives forever.

  • There is no one like her. Talent, beauty, poise, intelligence, humor, humility, yes, even a bit of ego and self-confidence. Why not? When you look like that, sing like that and last as long as she has -- she's more than entitled. What a star!

  • Do you have other parts? Can you uploard them?

  • aww i luv watchin the original divas

  • Diana Ross should have been the first black woman to win an Oscar loooooong before Halle Berry did it.

She played the hell out of this role. I totally forgot that she didn't look or sound a thing like Billie Holiday. She tore it down.

  • Sorry but Diana Ross was a much better singer than Billie ever was in my opinion.

  • @longn4longhair . You can thank Berry for screwin' that one up for her. He advertised too much in the industry publications. I do find it quite amazing that she was so good in that movie, considering she had had no formal training regarding acting skills before that.

  • @longn4longhair Agree 100% The performance is haunting.

  • @longn4longhair I agree Diana didn't have to have sex with a white man to be nominated for an Oscar. Halle Berry is too commercial for me. But see I get it and I always got it. The Oscars were not meant for Blacks anyway so when I see that Angela Bassett, Queen Latifah, and many other Black women who didn't get one for their roles, I never get mad, because I know it's an all White Awards show for white actors/actresses. I just keep it moving and know that they did excellent jobs in their roles.

  • @longn4longhair It didn't matter that she didn't sound like Billie Holiday, her sound was far superior and more successful, and she was far more attractive than Billie Holiday ever was. It is sad she didn't win the Oscar, but touche, she has a Kennedy Center award :) Halle doesn't have one of those. :) And she won the French version of the Academy Award. Something the American press has managed to keep quiet all these years.

  • She sounds wonderful. Such a beautiful voice Diana has...

  • Wheres the rest

  • Lady Sings the Blues. I was a kid when it came out - it was the first movie that reduced me to tears.

  • I saw Lady Sings the Blues when I was a kid and was really affected by it because of Diana's heartfelt acting. I have read that Diana's bad luck was that she had to compete against Liza Minnelli who won the Oscar instead for her role in Cabaret. I was shocked when I heard that Halle Berry was the first black woman to win one because I remember that way back in the 70s Diana was nominated!

  • if they were to make another movie on Billie,Queen latifah should play her.

  • where's the rest of this episode??????

  • I used to watch Lady Sings The Blues all the time as a child.

The part with Richard Pryor getting beat was tough/disturbing

this movie along with The Color Purple I believe was cheated due to Racism in Hollywood.

  • I TOTALLY AGREE!!!!!

  • You GO! !!! Diana!!!!

  • I Don't understand why people that don't like Diana Ross watch these videos and make rude comment if you don't like her stop looking at her vidoes.. Get A Life... find something better to do with you time

  • @Tommy4503, they don't understand her MASS appeal. But that's because they're dim witted and dopamine challenged.

  • @Tommy4503

Maybe people try to find reason for their likes or dislikes by watching things. Nonetheless, do you expect everyone to agree with you? That's awfully egotistical. This is a discussion forum. Not everyone is going to agree with YOU. Maybe you shouldn't personalize other people's tastes and opinions.

I've personally found a new respect for her after watching this.

  • @Tommy4503

Yep. She's oozing grace, class & beauty

Fact is: she can be whomever she wants to be, because - she's DIANA ROSS

  • thankyou john for the dianna ross video

  • she is exquisite, delectable, stimulating, creative...she is the greatest...her voice need not turn round and round like mariah's just to cover lack of depth...diana is music..love her

  • She being honored by the BET Awards this year

  • what an ass

  • ...and here comes the inevitable YouTube bigot. Welcome!

  • drop dead asshole.

  • yeah, i enjoyed that. thanks ludel.

  • I cannot phathom how Jennifer Hudson has an Academy Award, but not Diana Ross.

  • You know, I didn't even realize that. The AAs better had give her a Lifetime Achievement award to make up for that.

  • She's Great.

  • She is beautiful for her age...I pray my future wife looks as good

  • How is it possible that this woman is 63??? She looks phenomenal.

  • many women of color age well ... 60 is the new 40 ... plus Ross takes good care of herself! her skin not good make-up but good skin.

  • Diana was and still is the greatest STAR! She had that quality, pizazz, and charisma. She knew it, Gordy knew it. The world knows it. Diane was and still is an enigma. DIVA, well hell who do you think has performed for as many decades to as many people as Diana Ross has? Nobody! She's candid, fun and laughs at herself too. That's a star! Love you Diane XXXX Sassy.

  • 60 years and still a STAR!!! A supreme DIVA. What a legend.

  • Bravo!

  • God, this is pure magic. Diana manages to be ethereal and natty all at the same time! BRAVO! (And thank you Rossia!)

  • Once again Rossia thankyou so much for sharing this, giving us on the other side of the pond a chance to see Diana sharing her memories so relaxed and happy
