Why use chemicals? Use a little oil, a grill brick and minimal elbow grease. Everyone resorts to chemicals for everything. "This floor isn't clean, I guess the soap is bad...." Has nothing to do with the mop operator, nope nothing at all.
@wwwNooBcom so do I, and we use green scratch pads with a wooden stick against it, and the only way it ever looks that clean is if I use whatever he uses on it but it will take everyday cleaning to get it like that
@DJJULZEN but since our owners say green pads mess the appearence, we have to use black grill pads, soapy water and the acid combined to get the grill at its cleanest
i work at nathans famous hot dogs..and i got a big grill for all the food there..a lot of hamburgers..and i think this is the best way and product to clean the grill at the end..but i dont know..please respond me if u know how much it cost,i think it is more than 150$..
@bbsmyname it's widely available, we use like little packs of it to clean our two platen grills, great shit i must tell ya, i'd use it on my bbq at home, and you dont leave the hi temp on for like a minute it burns, use circular motions when cleaning, picks up more carbon
nothing beats Delta Foremost Grill Brite. 1-800-238-5150. They will give you a free demonstration. No odor. Also good on ovens and fryers.

@wwwNooBcom I've done that shit before lol but the sugar really makes it so sticky even it'll be so hard to cook after you had sprite on it

@okreneok
You would want to contact your local Sysco Foods rep or your local Ecolab rep. Where do you live?
