Let's put this into perspective. Tabasco red pepper sauce rates at 2,500–5,000 SHU. The sauce in this video measures a whopping 1,250,000–1,500,000 SHU. Pure capsaicin? 16,000,000 SHU!
SHUs (used to determine the spiciness of a pepper) measure the level of capsaicin in any given pepper. Since capsaicin stimulates chemoreceptor nerve endings in the skin—especially the mucous membranes—, it creates a noxious feeling of extreme heat/pain.

@SmokeRingsPipeDreams No, it doesn't. Your stomach neutralizes most of the capsaicin with hydrochloric acid. Not to mention, your intestines and anus won't burn like your mouth does. It'd be the same as pouring capsaicin on your arm. That wouldn't burn either.

Awesome vid again mate, this was certainly a hot one and not a sauce to be messed around with. I don't think either of us have been in that state for a while lol.

@SmokeRingsPipeDreams No, it doesn't. Your stomach neutralizes most of the capsaicin with hydrochloric acid. Not to mention, your intestines and anus won't burn like your mouth does. It'd be the same as pouring capsaicin on your arm. That wouldn't burn either.

I want to try this Satan's Shit so bad I thought Satan's Blood was bad super hot but omg this Satan's Shit looks super crazy hot. I know to be careful with these extracts I will be extra careful with this Satan's Shit stuff. I love the videos you do I don't know how you guys can handle a spoonful wow you guys rock, tongues of titanium I guess. I can handle big amounts of habanero but that's about it for a spoonful for me.

@bd1965 Never review on an empty stomach, always eat before hand.... Maybe some milk just before (but that never makes any difference) I only eat after once the cramps go.... Stomach... Well, sometimes it's ok, and others it feels like someone grabs your insides and wants to rip them from you lol... Luck of the draw sometimes... :)
