and yeh u cant compair, both hav different max speeds, but also, in the mx u dont hav 2 clucth as he started in 4th range, and has instant change clutchpacks from there, but he will run outta speed anyway lol, plus, a clown can race the cvx cause all u need to do is put foot to floor, it does the ratios automatically and smoothly, so u dont have to know when 2 change gear :D
The gearbox in the tractor makes a huge difference in a tug of war for example. a 30km tractor will always pull better than a 40km one and the same for 40 Vs 50 km. a tractor with a slower rated gearbox will acelerate quicker off the start line. But in my opinion you can't compare these two machines because the CVT tractor will accelerate quicker as there is no time lossed of "no power" when declutching and changing gear as in a normal synchronised gearboxed tractor.
this is not a tractor competition.
i don't have a tractor for fast accelerate but for power.
im sure the mx wins in heavy ground work.

not much of a comparison really the cvx has 50 kay varible box,the mx has a 40 kay powershift box..

Was that, fair??? The MX was say... 150hp and the CVX easily 170hp, one of them could have had a 40kmh gear box and the other 50kmh
