oh my, what beautiful form and execution. whilst looking "flashy" or impractical at first, you notice that the defender is constantly holding onto the attacker, so it's not as precise or lucky as it seems at first sight. interesting.

i'm a colored belt in hapkido, so i'm aware of these techniques, but haven't performed many of them yet (the few i have, certainly not at that speed. :)
