Hello everybody, I was looking for a KOL´s song and all ]the sudden it popped up an unkown band called WATERMIND, quite good actually. The thing is I tried to search for more info about them (web page, records, etc), but I couldn´t find anything. If anyone finds something, please let me know!

@ZacharyWeekend All of you people get so hung up on the term "selling out." Bands don't change their sound because they're paid to do so. Green Day is a perfect example actually. In the 90s they were young and full of rebellion, so of course they wrote music to match that attitude. They're a lot older these days though, obviously their priorities have changed a lot and they've matured a lot, so naturally they write more mature music. It's the way every band does it, they don't sell out.

Sorry to break it to you, but for most of their career Zeppelin were so fucked up on drugs that they sounded like shit live. Bonham on John Paul Jones always sounded great. Page and Plant were mostly atrocious.
It's very true, and kings always sound spot on with their albums live whether that's a good thing or not. But really KOL is a tight band and they don't use worn-out blues cliches like Zep did either.

Are you joking? Charmer and On Call, off the last album, were massive. Even their older songs like Molly Chambers, Red Morning Light and The Bucket were big.
They've been a mainstream band for the past five or so years. This album has just moved them further along.

you don't have a clue about kings of leon, listen to early stuff like 'california waiting' or 'mollys chambers' and even 'knocked up' which was on the same album as 'charmer'. This guy's voice is versatile.
i think its good to see them progress and become more than just another garage rock band yea...ideally it would be best to see them have elements of both styles on a record

Are you joking? Charmer and On Call, off the last album, were massive. Even their older songs like Molly Chambers, Red Morning Light and The Bucket were big.
They've been a mainstream band for the past five or so years. This album has just moved them further along.

La neta si prefiero este nuevo look "Fesky Pop" que dices que el de antes, antes me caian gordos tods como greñudos y luego el con esa baraba horrible que traia, se creian no se como creedence, o algo por el estilo, y de hecho esta la primer cancion que me gusta de ellos, aunque sigo pensando que siguen siendo de esos nuevios grupos retro, esta cancion suena super ochentera.

you don't have a clue about kings of leon, listen to early stuff like 'california waiting' or 'mollys chambers' and even 'knocked up' which was on the same album as 'charmer'. This guy's voice is versatile.

i love KOL but i can admit that the lyrics to the large majority of their songs are completely meaningless...it doesnt mean theyre bad, theyre one of the most talented rock bands out there, and i like how they go from being strokes-like to u2-like but still, like to see some songs that have a purpose

fuck no, they are far better now, they tryed to be a new-retro band, which is uncool and many bands did the same.. strokes, hives, vines, etc..
So this style is great..well, the first record is the best, but this one real good too.
