  • This really sounds like a somewhat gentle blizzard. Did you write this? I love Debussy, and it has tonal characteristics like some of his pieces. Thank you for sharing this.

  • @elshaddai87

actually, that's exactly what I intended it to sound like- a blizzard.

  • You quantized it. Qauntizing turns any and all music into a stinking dead mass of _____. The rhythm is so precise the music does not naturally breath. The music sounds like a half-breed of early Debussy and new-age. The configurations are pretty cliche and the repeated vertical chords in the left hand for a measure or two sound like a fill-in for something that eluded you. I found it to dull to listen through, as brief as it is.

  • Incredible dear. :)

  • Not having a go but...less motifs, more repetition. Loved measures 11 -14... was waiting for them to come back :(. In fact I like a lot of your motifs but I need a stronger sense of structure

  • @JohnnySegment86

There is no structure in this one, there are no repeats. If I did a repeat, it wouldn't sound right and it wouldn't sound the way I wanted it to.

Also check out the digital piano version of this piece, it sounds A LOT better.

If you want more repetition, check out my Invention No.1 Sheet music and the digital piano version of that one.. There is more form in that piece.
