this documentary of Usuki Yoshihiko is awesome. polishing and bringing a life to the samurai sword is a test of patience, there are no shortcuts. in the past, swords are past down, were maintained and are great treasure. nowadays or modern days, many people take things for granted. if you plan to own a real japanese sword, value it like it's your life, if not, then to say the sword is a trash and so are you.
