@Shandrd yes there brother and sister and she was always in love with kaname, but she met zero while she was young to, and shes always there for him and she never says i love you to zero like she does with kaname but she does fall for him you can tell, and yuuki had her memory erased so she never knew kaname was her brother until the second season
@Shandrd Nope you aren't right, because Kaname is actually the ancestor of the Kurans (theres a whole chapter about it.) Also, no she doesn't fall for Zero in the romantic sense (IMO) because ever since she was little she did the same thing, after Zero was a vampire it was her instinct to continue looking after him just as she did when they were children.
