FYI for anyone who wants to play the song correctly, the end has a different chord for every word. It's If (D chord) I (G chord) Would (F chord) Could (G chord) You (B flat). Watching this guy hit a D minor six times at the end was killing me. Anyways, for those of you with attention to detail, there you go.
