He can't be serious - 200-300 grams of protein in each meal will royally screw up your kidneys. If you want a decent muscle gain - 2-3 grams of protein per kilogram bodyweight is basically the rule of thumb.
what if i do cardio on the same day i have cardio alll weeek long and weight lifting 4 days
