if you ever lose your start menu just go to task manager and click new task, type in explorer it will work fine!

my computer have a problem!!!
only in safe mode it will run normaly
but in normal mode its as slow as hell!!!

Try run msconfig and disable all the startup programs/services that you dont need.
If that doesen't help you can try disabling the non Plug and Play drivers that wont start when your PC boots into safe mode.

Sideways? There might be a rotation setting somewhere in your display driver or monitor to correct that.
