Yes, all television news anchors should start off the news with the lead story and then say "What the f*ck are you doing" ie:
"Hilary Clinton intends to keep pursuing her
quest to become the democratic Presidential
nominee" ...(Chuck Scarborough would then say while the picture of Hilary is still showing on screen)..."What the f*ck are you doing?"
See - it is a helpful tool for emphasis.
