Its not plagiarism .... go and listen the song once again .... first of all there is no similarity at between the two songs... second of all "Les Feuilles Mortes" is originally is a classic number ... and this song of Imtihaan doz not imitate any kind of classic note.... original song doz not hv beat and this one Indian version has amazing beat that is added bcoz of creativity....
