I've been trying to pin what is so special about so much of the Christian music these days. More and more it's becoming clear through the current music that these artists are experiencing a deeper relationship with Christ. I just don't remember getting that feeling from music in the past. Brandon Heath is one of these artists that honestly cling to and have/do experience actually walking with God daily. It's that more intimate relationship with God that is stirring us and the music!

Its very weird. I have been a christian for 2 years now, and in the past month or so, I have just been casually going through the motions. College isn't going as planned, and I'm just breezing through. As a result, Ive been doing the bare minimum for growing as a christian. This happens periodically with me, but not like this.
