@igotid51 I think the way it was made so that the stats it gives only are only in relation to the OTHER characters in that universe. So Cap is a 3 compared to the other Marvel fighters and none of the Capcom characters. If it weren't so alot of people would be low compared to beings like Shuma and Dormammu.
