we believe in satya, dharma and nyaya. here "Dharma" means not religion, it is manushya dharma or humanity. it refers to only, being human how he should be, what is his duties and responsibilities etc. so when there is no religion there is no question of convertion. 'Adi Shankara did not converted anybody. he only welcomed back mainly his followers who left him for some time and followed so called some other religion.

@iLittleRose This is not the meaning of "Hinduism" . Hindu is a mispronunciation of people who live beyond the Sindhu River. The term Hinduism was made popular by Swami Vivekananda in late 1800s. Sanatana Dharma is the original "Hinduism". Read Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, or any Puranas or scriptures and you can see what makes someone a "Hindu".

we believe in satya, dharma and nyaya. here "Dharma" means not religion, it is manushya dharma or humanity. it refers to only, being human how he should be, what is his duties and responsibilities etc. so when there is no religion there is no question of convertion. 'Adi Shankara did not converted anybody. he only welcomed back mainly his followers who left him for some time and followed so called some other religion.

The best aspect of Hinduism is it evolves. The practices 2 centuries ago are no longer valid. However basic pillar remain the same - Non-violence, following truth, importance to duty. As long as one adheres to that they are Hindu. Everyone is a born Hindu. no conversion, no hatred, gives importance to what the individual thinks, not a group.

God in Hinduism is what it means to you, the individual matters more than the group. For example a tree, or the sun, fire or anything for the matter..truly means god to you, it is god. God exits in every creation of its. What do you think the christians and muslims followed before becoming christians and muslims. The mecca and madina tribes believed in multiplicity of god, nothing by Hinduism. Accepting multiplicity of god is what gives the individual peace and peace to the world overall.
