He's 45-1. ffs, most people have no idea about Hatton. They saw the PBF fight at 147 lbs. and assume it'll be the same at Hatton's natural weight of 140 lbs. This'll be a much different fight.

Pacquio should do well with Hatton. Hatton is a little shop worn.He's stronger,and tougher, but I think Pacquio is more in his prime, and may pick him apart, otherwise Hatton may run Pacquio out of the ring...we shall see.

Watching the Oscar fight you'd think Pac is unbeatable. But Oscar was nowhere in that fight, terrible preparation. I wouldn't back anyone against Hatton at HIS weight, except maybe Paquiao!!! No money going on that fight from my wallet. Can't wait.

Oscar wasnt badly prepared, they just dried him out like a prune beforehand, so his energy and focus was gone. It may have been a different fight if he had been hydrated earlier, but to think that Manny would have beaten an on form Oscar you would have to be pretty dumb.

Manny came into boxing with his wrist bones developed from punching a coconut tree since childhood. The opponents came from the Gym with a punching bag. Ricky "The Hugman" Hatton is not a worthy opponent for the Pound For Pound King Manny Pacquiao.
Hatton (British) fans are blinded by sheer nationalism that they turn a blind eye on the fact that "Hugman" Hatton's fighting style is unbearably boring. He does more hugging in the ring than throw punches. Makes one wonder if the 'Hugman" is merely using the sport of boxing so he can freely embrace and make extreme body contact with another male species without raising suspicion.

I have to laugh at all these armchair boxers who think they know it all but in reality would probably be on the floor sobbing after 10 seconds against a fighter like Hatton.
Ricky Hatton did not get to where he is from hugging people.
As for the fight I think its a tough call. Both are great fighters. I honestly think it could go either way-there is no clear cut winner in my opinion.
