You are quite the fool. The Church has moral positions and whether people choose to follow those positions is up to the individual. The passage of not judging is one of humility where when people make mistakes we do not judge them, but love them and help them. As for abortion, all scientific evidence supports the argument in favour of the humanity of the unborn. The right to life is the most fundamental of all. It is not a question of judgement but of protection of life.
