Now that's convenient.

When the new transport company took over the bus service here they promised everyone "comfortable new buses with ramps for the impaired."

Next to the fact that there are rarely people in wheelchairs getting on and off the bus, the ramps in the buses here are manual, they need to be operated by a passenger (and usually no one likes to help...) or the driver (who is on a very tight schedule here and doesn't want to leave his seat most of the time...)

This is a good idea.
