Yeah looking for the show "Gather 'Round" with Paul Lally and Rae Owings. Rae Owings drew on paper colored chalk or pastel and Paul Lally (he wears glasses) told the story with great sound effects and voices!! Watched it on PBS Hawaii around 1980-1984

I remember this!

I'm looking for a PBS kids show I grew up with where a woman would sketch out on paper with what seemed like colored chalk, then a guy would glasses would narrate story as she drew it out.
