    That chicken drippins is sure fine eatin. I know because I do love the skin and the bits of goodness the chicken leave behind. I love the way you bathed that bread in the drippins. And yes your laugh topped it off.

  • @PontVedra Thanks Girl, This is an old family favorite too. Did you know chicken fat is the more healthy than all other animal fats. (it has less bad stuff in it)

  • @anmoose Ah the joy of convection oven cooking. It was set to convection roast mode, 350 for about 1 hour on the middle rack. Yes sir, YUM!!!

  • Hey JB, Looks good! I'm going to give it a try, but instead of chicken thighs I'm going to do chicken breasts just because I don't care that much for thighs! I think it might come out pretty good but I think the chicken thighs might give it a better flavor due to the bones! Any way it looked really good and my wife wants me to make some! Take Care!

  • @skoggit Dem thighs got more flavor (spelled fat) Breast will work too but, they gonna be drier. Use legs or wings

  • I really want to try this soon but I was wondering..How did your rue get such a delicious brown color? What kind of spices did you put in pot?

  • @Knuxsega 1st off its called a Roux, you have to cook it down till it gets brown, you can add a browning sauce once the flour is cooked. Thats kinda cheating though
