Why they made the last boss such a pushover I don't know. I was all restocked and ready to rumble when I went in there and expected to go through a ton of ammo. No, I went through my anti-personnel rounds on the machine gun and a few shotgun rounds. Holy crap K2...

BIG DADDYs are huge men in armored suits designed to keep the little sister (which have adam which are the key to plasmids and are made over a period of time) safe, if you kill the big daddy the little sister is vurneable and therefore you can harvest or rescue the little sisters for adam, Need more info?

For an end-boss fight, Bio-Shock's was horrible.

There was so much build up with the *making the Big-Daddy outfit* that it made this fight so anti-clamatic. I had in my mind that the end fight you would be fighting Fontaine as a Big-Daddy. I got so disappointed the moment the suit went off in the elevator.

Not taking anything away from Bio-Shock, it's still one of the best single-player stories I've ever played. It's just this fight was so easy it makes you feel like... "That was it?"

@vandamator94 bioshock 2 was definitly rushed storywise but i did sorta like the end fight because it wasnt that old cliche end boss fight kinda deal. They tried to make it a gaunlet kind of fight but its problem was it can be extremely easy if you used the research camera to get all the damage bonuses for what the gaunlet throws at ya.

Not taking anything from Bio-Shock 2, the gameplay is miles better then Bio1 but it's story lacked a lot of depth especially for the big sisters.

I played through the whole game without taking any Adam from the little sisters (except the first one because you have to) and without researching enemies. So I only had Electro Bolt, Incinerate, and Telekinesis--no tonics--and the weapons. It was much more challenging, and especially made Fontaine way tougher as a boss.

@leonardfalkland honestly though, it wasn't just the end boss fight i found to be disappointing. I started becoming bored after leaving Tenenbaums Safehouse.

There was just... nothing new throughout the second half of the game. Im pretty sure the last new monster introduced was the teleporting Houdini Splicers all the way back in Arcadia, and thats pretty damn early in the game.

And no Elite Rosies/Bouncers don't count as new units, they're just upgraded versions of their weaker forms.
