The electrical is 110 for the pump and the light you will need to plug in both and do not use an extention cord. Both have 30 foot cords.
For winterizing you will need to pump out or shop vac about half the water from the basin and the plumbing to avoid the freeze. Please take the pump into a warm location and keep it in water to avoid drying out the seals.
