thats your Opinion, the Ambassador works best when you can't get to someone close enough to stab but the ambassador can headshot them easy if their not moving or barely moving such as a engi or a sniper

A scrub cannon. Crosshair doesn't even have to be on the target and it's a headshot. Can also hit multiple people in one shot, and goes through multiple targets at close range.

Surprisingly, I haven't had any problems with anyone who uses it, and I play as the slow-moving Soldier 100% of the time.

Wtf are you talking about, headshots don't come like that at all. Even if your aiming at the head it can be difficult. It cant hit more than one person in one shot, it can't go through people. I don't know where you got your facts but their wrong.
